The Orchid Gifts of Madeira as a shop located in Lido, Madeira that sells fine jewelry crafted from the island’s natural resources. They wanted a new website to reach out to customers across the globe. The site incorporates a content management system e-commerce, Google maps and a block to report on local events and happenings. The Orchid Gifts of Madeira
The Orchid Gifts of Madeira is planning a new site to accompany the updated advertising. In the meantime however a temporary website has been erected so at the least visitors don’t get a blank page when they enter the address into their browser. If you visit the site you will notice its a remixed version of the full page A4 add I did a while ago. Jquery has been integrated to handle the seven languages the page is presented in and also the contact form. Check back in the coming months for a new site complete with e-commerce and a fresh new design.
Lava Lacerta Dugesii
A few weeks ago Annikka from Orchid Gifts Madeira contacted me about a limited edition piece of jewelry they would be offering. I was commisioned to design the card backing for these necklaces made from Madeira’s natural beauty. The pendant is lava carved into the shape of lacerta dugesii, Madeira’s only known indigenous reptile.
Orchid Gifts Madeira – Full Page Ad
Lately I have been working with Annikka at Orchid Gifts Madeira (OGM). They have some of the most unique and beautiful jewelry I have seen. As the name suggests (OGM) produces pendants, earrings, and other jewels from Madeira’s flowers and other natural resources.
This is a full page (size A4) ad to be used in an information guides for tourists and will be placed in hotels. There are 4 versions of the ad; English, Finnish, Danish, and English and Finnish together. The version pictured left is one that will be framed in a plaque. The empty space at the top will hold a real sample of the jewelry sold at The Orchid Gifts of Madeira.
